Return and Refund Policy — EarthPure
- Scope and Acceptance
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the EarthPure website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.
- Nature of Products
EarthPure sells skincare products intended for personal use. Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions as outlined below.
- Eligibility for Returns
A return request may only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective
- The product received does not match the order
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
EarthPure reserves the sole discretion to determine whether the returned product meets these criteria.
- Non-Returnable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with tampered or broken seals (not caused by transit damage)
- Products purchased during promotional campaigns or discounted sales, unless defective
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Return Authorization Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact EarthPure and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
EarthPure will issue written authorization and return instructions if the request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
- Refunds
If a return is approved, EarthPure may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement product, or
- Provide a refund to the original payment method
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
EarthPure shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return results from:
- A verified defect, or
- An error on the part of EarthPure
If the return is approved for reasons not attributable to EarthPure, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.
- Risk of Loss
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and accepted by EarthPure. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
EarthPure shall not be liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EarthPure shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Dissatisfaction based on individual skin reactions or subjective expectations
Customers are advised to perform a patch test prior to use.
- Right to Refuse
EarthPure reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy or that appears fraudulent or abusive.
- Amendments
EarthPure reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will take effect upon publication on the website.
